Richlink Privacy Policy

Yexc Technologies Inc. and its affiliated companies (collectively, “Richlink,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) value your privacy. In this Privacy Policy (“Policy”), we describe the information we collect, how we use such information, and when and with whom we may disclose it.

This Policy applies to all websites, mobile applications, and other online services provided or published by Richlink (collectively, the “Platform”), including services accessible through our website (if applicable), marketing communications sent to you after we obtain your contact information through other means, and information collected offline or through other channels (for example, through our business partners).

Capitalized terms used in this Policy that are not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in our Terms of Use.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, please do not access or use the Platform.

Key Terms

“Content” means text, graphics, images, music, software, audio, video, information, or other data, including but not limited to personal information, service or product requests, quotations, message threads, reviews, scheduling and calendar information, social posts, product posts (including product tagging or redirection to merchant or product pages), and any other information or data made available through the Platform.

“Consumer” refers to users who are registered on the Platform to search for merchants or service providers, request services or products from merchants or service providers on the Platform, schedule or purchase services (or obtain quotations), or otherwise use the Platform to receive, pay for, review, or facilitate the receipt of services or products. Because Consumers may be or may become customers of merchants or service providers, Consumers may be referred to as “customers” within the Platform and related marketing materials. Please note, “Consumer” includes any person or agent authorized by you to use your account on your behalf.

“Platform” has the meaning described in the opening paragraph above.

“Lifestyle Services” means services listed, quoted, scheduled, performed, or delivered by merchants or service providers through the Platform, or services sought, scheduled, paid for, or received by Consumers. Where the Platform provides product posting or product page functionality, Lifestyle Services may also include products or related services that Consumers browse, tag, access through redirection, schedule, pay for, or receive through the Platform (if applicable).

“Merchant” refers to users who use or register to use the Platform to provide, deliver, charge for, or facilitate the provision of professional services (or products and related services, where applicable).

“Richlink Content” means all content provided by Richlink on or through the Platform, including content licensed from third parties, but excluding User Content.

“User” means any individual or entity that uses the Platform, including those who complete the Richlink account registration process, agree to the Terms of Use, use any services offered through the Platform, or submit or receive requests through Richlink, including but not limited to merchants/service providers and Consumers.

“User Content” means any content submitted, posted, uploaded, published, or transmitted by users through the Platform, including but not limited to photos, voice or audio recordings, videos, profile information, descriptions, posts, reviews, requests, messages, and payments conducted through the Platform (including top-ups and payments made through the built-in “R Wallet”), but excluding Richlink Content and feedback.

Information We Collect

The way we collect and store information depends on several factors, including how you access and use the Platform. We collect information through various methods, including:

  • information you provide directly to us
  • information we collect from third parties or public sources
  • information collected automatically or passively from your browser or device

Information You Provide Directly to Us

When you access or use the Platform — such as when you register an account, participate in surveys or polls, subscribe to newsletters, request quotations or other information, submit or respond to quotations, make purchases, complete forms, participate in contests or promotions, transmit User Content, download or use our mobile applications, use the built-in R Wallet, or publish social or product posts — you may provide personal information to us.

You agree that we may collect information when, for example:

  • you authorize us to access your device contact list
  • you communicate with us or with other users through the Platform

In addition, you may communicate with us and/or other users through various Platform features such as messaging or feedback systems. We (including through our merchants or service providers) may monitor, record, transcribe, analyze, and retain such communications for purposes including:

  • fraud prevention
  • product improvement
  • training
  • quality assurance

We may use the contact information you provide through messaging or chat to communicate with you regarding services, requests, or information you have asked for.

Personal Information You May Provide

The personal information you provide may include, but is not limited to:

  • name
  • postal code
  • email address
  • home or office telephone number
  • residential or mailing address
  • demographic information (such as gender, age, or survey-related information)
  • date of birth and/or verification materials such as photos, videos, or audio files (for example, recorded customer service calls)
  • information about your project, request, residence, or needs
  • payment information in certain circumstances
  • if you are a merchant or service provider, identity verification information (such as government-issued identification details)
  • any other information you include when communicating with other users through the Platform

This information may also include service-related details such as:

  • business name
  • service descriptions
  • qualifications or certifications.

You are not required to provide this information, but certain features of the Platform may not be available if the requested information is not provided.

Payment Processing

We use wallet-based payment tools to process payment information. R Wallet top-up methods may include:

  • Interac
  • Apple Pay
  • PayPal
  • or other payment methods that we may support from time to time.

Information From Merchants, Partners, or Other Sources

We may occasionally collect information about you from merchants, business partners, or other sources, including publicly available sources. To the extent permitted by law, we may request and collect supplemental information about you from third parties, such as credit agencies, for purposes including:

  • identity verification
  • credibility checks
  • fraud prevention
  • security protection

We may combine information collected through the Platform with information obtained from other sources (including public sources and other services we offer) to update, expand, or customize information about our products and services, as well as for other purposes described in this Policy. Please note that credit agencies and other information providers referenced in this section maintain their own privacy policies and data handling practices.

We may also use merchants or partners to conduct reporting and analytics to measure the effectiveness of our Platform and marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.

Communication Features

If you use communication features within the Platform (such as phone or messaging features that allow you to send or receive calls or messages between Consumers and service providers), we may engage merchants or service providers to record, transcribe, and track such communications. We track these communications for purposes including:

  • fraud prevention
  • billing accuracy
  • enforcement of our Terms of Use
  • product improvement
  • quality management and training

During this process, Richlink and certain merchants may receive, review, scan, analyze, and store data related to your communications, including:

  • the date and time of communications
  • communication content

Conversation records may be stored within your profile and within the profile of the user communicating with you.

Automatically Collected Information

Device and Usage Information

We and certain third-party service providers (including advertising networks and analytics providers) may use cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies to collect information about the devices you use to access the Platform, including mobile devices. Such information may include:

  • browser type
  • Internet service provider (ISP)
  • operating system
  • domain name
  • access times
  • referring or exit pages
  • page views
  • IP address
  • device type

We may also track the time and frequency of your visits and how you navigate the Platform. However, we do not collect keystroke data.

We use this information (including information collected by third-party providers) to perform Platform analytics, such as identifying:

  • which features are used most frequently
  • user preferences and behaviors
  • advertising effectiveness

and for other purposes described in this Policy.

Location Information

When you use the Platform, we may collect approximate location information, such as location inferred from your IP address. If you install our mobile application, depending on your device settings and permissions granted, we may collect precise geolocation data. This information may be used to improve the Platform and provide location-based services, such as identifying service providers near you. To provide customized content and advertisements, we may share your location data with our agents, service providers, or advertisers. If you access the Platform through a mobile device and do not wish to provide location information, you may disable GPS or location tracking in your device settings. Disabling such features may limit certain Platform functionalities.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our third-party service providers may use cookies, transparent GIFs, pixel tags, and similar technologies to better understand user behavior, personalize preferences, conduct research and analytics, and improve the Platform. These technologies may be used to:

  • customize the Platform experience
  • store login credentials in secure areas
  • track pages visited
  • manage content
  • measure Platform usage

We may also use these technologies to display advertisements that may be relevant to you, both on the Platform and on other websites. In addition, some of these technologies may be included in emails sent to users to help us track:

  • email response rates
  • email open times
  • whether emails are forwarded

Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you may modify your browser settings to decline cookies if you prefer. If cookies are disabled, some features of the Platform may not function properly. As we adopt new technologies, we may collect additional information through similar methods.

Some activities described in this section may constitute “targeted advertising,” “data sharing,” or “data selling” under certain privacy laws. Please refer to the “Your Choices” section for more information about available privacy rights.

AI Interaction Data and Personalization

When users interact with the Platform’s AI Assistant, the system may process or record certain interaction-related information in order to provide a more personalized user experience and improve Platform services.

Information processed may include, but is not limited to:

  • user input during conversations
  • responses generated by the AI Assistant
  • user-defined AI personalization preferences (such as AI personality traits, response tone, or interaction style)
  • interaction history between the user and the AI Assistant

This information may be used for purposes including:

  • providing personalized AI responses and interaction experiences
  • remembering and understanding user preferences
  • improving AI Assistant functionality and Platform services
  • system maintenance, security monitoring, and risk management

Richlink will process and protect such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws. We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect such data and will only use it within the scope described in this Privacy Policy. Except as required by law, for compliance purposes, or as otherwise described in this Policy, AI interaction content will not be disclosed to unauthorized third parties.

Where applicable, users may be able to adjust, reset, or manage certain AI personalization settings within the Platform.

How We Use Your Information

We may use your information for any of the following purposes:

  • for the purpose for which the information was provided
  • to enable you to use services offered through the Platform
  • to register your account and verify your identity
  • to provide customer support and respond to inquiries
  • for internal recordkeeping
  • to administer surveys, promotions, contests, or marketing campaigns
  • to track fees and process billing and payments, including sharing necessary information with payment gateways or payment providers
  • to improve and maintain the Platform and develop new products or services
  • to detect and prevent fraud or security incidents
  • to investigate complaints or suspected misconduct
  • to promote and advertise Richlink services, including sending promotional emails regarding new features, offers, or products
  • to contact you by automated or non-automated SMS messages where permitted by applicable law
  • to contact you by automated or non-automated calls or messages regarding Platform updates or services
  • to conduct market research and personalize the Platform based on user interests
  • to contact you regarding your use of the Platform
  • for research and analytical purposes
  • to resolve disputes and protect the rights, safety, and property of Richlink, its users, or third parties
  • to enforce legal terms governing use of the Platform

For merchants or service professionals, we may display certain business-related information on your public profile, such as your name or company name, unless we notify you otherwise. If information provided during registration differs from information provided during verification, we may determine which information will be displayed on your public profile.

We may combine information collected through the Platform with information obtained from partners or third-party sources, as well as from other services we provide. We may also aggregate or anonymize collected information and use such aggregated or anonymized data for any purpose, including research and marketing, and may disclose such data to third parties such as advertisers, promotional partners, sponsors, event organizers, or others.

We may also review, scan, or analyze communications between users through the Platform, either directly or through third-party service providers, for purposes including:

  • fraud prevention
  • risk assessment
  • regulatory compliance
  • investigation
  • product development
  • research
  • user support

For example, we may analyze messages to detect fraudulent activity or improper behavior. By using the Platform or participating in communications tracked by Richlink outside the Platform, you agree that Richlink may review, scan, analyze, and store such communications, either manually or through automated systems.
