You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use or collect certain virtual items, including but not limited to M Coins (Monster Coin) and related virtual goods.
This Virtual Items Policy (the “Virtual Items Policy”) governs your access to and use of virtual items (as defined below) on the platform (the “Platform”). Virtual items may also be subject to additional terms associated with specific products, programs, promotions, and/or marketing activities. In such cases, those additional terms (collectively referred to as the “Virtual Items Policy”) will be provided when you use such products or participate in the relevant programs, promotions, or reward activities.
If you reside in the United States, Canada, or Latin America, virtual items are provided to you by Yexc Technologies Inc., which is solely responsible for all related payment, financial, and tax obligations.
If you reside outside of the United States, Canada, Latin America, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, virtual items are provided to you by Yexc Technologies Inc., which is responsible for all related payment, financial, and tax obligations.
Our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines also apply to your access to and use of virtual items on the Platform. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process your personal data.
In the event of any conflict between this Virtual Items Policy and the Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, this Virtual Items Policy shall prevail.
Any terms not defined in this Virtual Items Policy shall have the meanings given to them in the Platform’s Terms of Service or applicable reward policies.

1. What Are Virtual Items? How Can You Use Them?
Virtual items refer to digital goods or digital services that may be provided by Richlink from time to time and are for use exclusively within the Platform. These include, but are not limited to, M Coins (Monster Coin) and monster-related items (such as food, accessories, chat backgrounds, stickers, etc.) (collectively, “Virtual Items”).
Virtual items may be used to enhance your experience on the Platform, such as interacting with the AI monster assistant, personalizing chat experiences, or unlocking specific features or content.
Virtual items cannot be redeemed for cash or used as currency. Virtual items may only be obtained or used through the Richlink Platform. Virtual items may not be purchased, sold, transferred, or exchanged with other users, nor may they be used to purchase or access third-party goods or services.
2. M Coins (Monster Coin)
2.1 What Are M Coins (Monster Coin)?
M Coins (Monster Coin) are virtual coins within the Richlink Platform and are not real-world currency or cryptocurrency.
Users may obtain M Coins through various methods, including but not limited to:
- Interacting or chatting with the AI monster assistant
- Participating in in-app mini games
- Completing platform tasks or activities
- Purchasing via wallet top-up payments
M Coins are for use within the Platform only and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged.
2.2 How Can You Use M Coins?
M Coins may only be used within the Platform and may be used to access or redeem virtual items or features provided by Richlink from time to time, including but not limited to:
- Monster food and accessories
- Chat backgrounds
- Stickers
- Other virtual items within the Platform
Before using M Coins, the required amount will be displayed.
You may track your M Coin usage through:
- Your account balance showing available M Coins
- Usage records showing how M Coins are earned and used
Summary: M Coins can be used to redeem virtual items within the Platform, and usage history can be viewed in your account.
2.3 How Can You Obtain M Coins?
M Coins may be purchased through wallet top-up within the Richlink app, or obtained through platform interactions and completing designated tasks.
The Platform may provide multiple ways to obtain M Coins, including but not limited to:
- Interacting or chatting with the AI assistant
- Participating in games or activities
- Completing tasks or meeting specific conditions
- Receiving M Coins after wallet top-up payments
Richlink reserves the right to modify the methods, rules, or conditions for obtaining M Coins at any time.
2.4 Refund Policy and Changes
Since M Coins are virtual points obtained through platform activities and are not physical goods:
- M Coins are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash
- Used M Coins cannot be restored or reissued
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all M Coin-related transactions are final.
3. Virtual Goods
Virtual goods refer to digital content or features that can be redeemed or activated using M Coins, including but not limited to:
- Monster-related items (such as food and accessories)
- Personalization features (such as chat backgrounds or character tone/personality settings)
- Stickers and interactive content
Virtual goods:
- Are for use within the Platform only
- Have no monetary value
- Cannot be transferred or traded
Certain virtual goods may affect the interaction or growth experience with the AI monster assistant.
Once used, virtual goods are considered consumed and are non-refundable.

4. Your Rights
We grant you a limited license to use virtual items solely in accordance with Richlink’s intended use and this Virtual Items Policy, and only for your personal use on the Platform.
You do not own any virtual items.
You may not:
- Buy, sell, transfer, or exchange virtual items with others
- Use virtual items outside the Platform
- Use virtual items in any unauthorized manner
If Richlink determines that you have violated the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or this Policy, we may:
- Suspend or terminate your right to use virtual items
- Restrict your ability to obtain or use M Coins
If your account is suspended or terminated, any unused virtual items (including M Coins) may be forfeited without compensation (unless required by applicable law).
Summary: Virtual items are for Platform use only. Violations may result in loss of access.
