To maintain a safe, trustworthy, and positive environment within the Richlink community, we have established this Violation Enforcement and Account Disciplinary Policy (the “Policy”) in accordance with our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Creator Code of Conduct, and other related policies.
This Policy explains the graduated enforcement framework applied to violating content and account behavior.
This Policy applies to all users of Richlink services.
1. Enforcement Principles
Richlink adopts a progressive, tiered enforcement system, based on the following principles:
Content First, Then Account Action
Violating content will generally be removed, restricted, or have its visibility reduced first, and further action may be taken against the account depending on the severity of the violation.
Repeated Violations Lead to Escalated Enforcement
If a user repeatedly violates platform policies within a certain period, or commits a severe violation, we may apply higher-level enforcement measures, including account suspension or permanent termination.
Violations May Be Calculated Separately by Feature or Type
Violations associated with different categories or platform features (such as posts, private messages, comments, or platform functions) may be recorded and enforced separately.
Notification and Appeal Mechanisms
Where feasible, we will notify users of the reason for the violation and the enforcement action taken, and provide a channel for appeals.
2. Disciplinary Levels
Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, Richlink may take one or more of the following actions:
- Users may receive system prompts, educational notices, or real-time warnings.
- No violation points will be recorded; this serves as a preventive reminder only.
- Users will be notified that their behavior may violate platform policies.
- A warning record will be issued.
- Further violations may lead to violation points or feature restrictions.
- Violating content may be removed, have reduced visibility, be restricted from comments, or excluded from recommendations.
- One or more violation points may be recorded for the account.
- Violation points may be calculated based on:
> Violation category (e.g., hate speech, harassment, nudity, fraud, etc.)
> Feature category (e.g., posts, private messages, comments, or future features such as the AI Assistant)
These categories may be tracked separately.
For more serious or repeated violations, certain platform features may be temporarily restricted, including but not limited to:
- Posting content
- Private messaging
- Commenting
The duration of feature restrictions may vary depending on the severity of the violation.
In the following situations, we may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate an account:
- Violation points reaching a specified threshold
- Severe or high-risk violations
- Circumventing platform enforcement measures (e.g., creating new accounts to evade restrictions)
- Other situations that, in our reasonable judgment, pose risks to the platform or user safety
After permanent termination, the account may not be recoverable, and unused virtual items or related benefits may not be retained (unless otherwise required by applicable law).
3. Violation Point System
Violation Point Expiration Period
Violation points may expire after a certain period and will no longer be considered in future permanent suspension decisions.
Different Types of Violations May Be Calculated Separately
Examples include:
- Content safety violations
- Intellectual property infringement
- Live streaming or monetization violations
For example, if a user’s content is removed due to intellectual property infringement, we may issue a warning. Each violation category may accumulate up to three warnings. If warnings exceed three, the account may be permanently suspended.
Warnings for content safety violations and intellectual property violations will be calculated separately. For instance:
- If a user receives two copyright warnings and two trademark warnings, the account will not be suspended.
- However, if a user receives three copyright warnings and one trademark warning, the account may be suspended.
Accumulated warnings may be removed from the record after 90 days.
If a reported copyright infringement claim is withdrawn or an appeal is approved, the violation record may also be removed.
For any account that violates our Community Guidelines, regardless of the number of violations, we reserve the right to immediately remove the account.
Enforcement Thresholds May Not Be Public
To prevent abuse or circumvention of enforcement mechanisms, we may not disclose specific suspension thresholds.
Successful Appeals May Remove Violation Records
If an appeal is successful, the related violation record and enforcement action may be removed or reversed.
4. Zero-Tolerance Violations
For certain serious or high-risk behaviors, Richlink may bypass the progressive enforcement process and immediately apply the most severe actions, including permanent account termination. Examples include but are not limited to:
- Child sexual exploitation or abuse content
- Credible threats of real-world violence or terrorist activity
- Human trafficking or serious criminal activities
- Distribution of non-consensual intimate imagery
- Serious fraud or financial crimes
- Other conduct determined by law or by the platform to pose extreme harm
5. Notification and Appeals
Where feasible, we will provide:
- The reason for the violation
- The applicable policy provisions
- The enforcement action taken
- Instructions on how to submit an appeal
Users may submit an appeal following the instructions provided in the notification.
If the appeal is successful, we may restore content or features and/or remove violation records.
6. Policy Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time.
Your continued use of Richlink after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
